Subject: Re-verification of Experience Certificates of Newly Selected PGT
Candidates of various subjects (as per list attached).

Refer to the subject cited above.
Before issuing the appointment letters, department intents to re-verify the
experience certificates of candidates who have selected on experience basis 27.05.2014
(Tuesday) at 09.00 A.M. at Shiksha Sadan, Sixth Floor, Conference Hall, Sector-5,
Panchkula.
District Education Officers are requested to convey the Head of the
School/Institution (as per list/schedule enclosed pertaining to their district) to appear before
the committee alongwith complete record related to experience of concerned candidate as per
list.
DEO is also requested to appear personally alongwith dealing official of
his/her office, who have verified experience certificate of concerned candidate(s) as per list.
 Re-verification alongwith records as per following details:-
1. Permission, Recognition, Affiliation of the school.
2. Appointment letter.
3. Attendance register.
4. A-Roll and Bank Passbook/Bank Statement etc.
5. Staff Statement of concerned subject.
6. Class-wise Students strength of Secondary/Sr. Secondary.
7. Teacher result register & board result of the entire staff for the period.
8. Office copy of the experience certificate.
9. Other related record regarding issuance of experience certificate
