It is stated in PIL Rules that “No public interest litigation shall be entertained by the registry unless the petitioner has specifically disclosed his credentials and his direct or indirect personal motive or interest in the case, if any, by the way of an affidavit”.
bhai simle bhasha mein btata hu. in rules me apne kaam ki jo sabse important baat hai wo ye hai k koi bhi vyakti jo PIL lgata hai usko affidavit dena hota hai k is PIL ke peechee uska ko Direct ya indirect personal motive ya interest nhi hai.
