for the petitioner.

Petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance
that he has been selected and issued an appointment letter dated
14.12.2013 (Annexure P-7), vide which he was posted in the office of
District Education Officer, Kaithal. In pursuance to the appointment
letter, petitioner reported and submitted his joining report to the
District Education Officer, Kaithal on 20.12.2013 (Annexure P-8) but
the said joining report was not accepted on the ground that the
documents of the petitioner are to be first verified and then only, the
joining report will be accepted. Petitioner has been making efforts to
submit his joining report but the same is not being accepted resulting
in the petitioner waiting for his posting which the District EducationCWP No. 7367 of 2014 2
Officer is to give.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner
would file a detailed representation to the Director General of
Secondary Education, Haryana, within a period of two weeks' from
today, which may be directed to be considered and decided by the
said authority within some specified time.
In the light of the submissions made by the counsel for
the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case or
commenting thereon, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to
the petitioner to file a detailed representation to the Director General
of Secondary Education, Haryana, within a period of two weeks' from
today, which shall be considered and decided by the said authority
within a period of two weeks' of submission of such representation.
Decision so taken be conveyed to the petitioner forthwith.
Copy of the order be given dasti to the counsel for the
petitioner under signatures of the Special Secretary of this Court.
