Counsel for the State has placed on record an affidavit dated
07.03.2014 of the Director General, Elementary Education, Haryana, along
with which the enquiry report has been appended as Annexure R-1.
A perusal of the said enquiry report indicates that some more
time is required for the complete report to be submitted to this Court.
Copies of the affidavit and the enquiry report have been handed
over to the counsel for the petitioners as also counsel for respondent Nos.7
to 9, who also want some time to go through the same.
List for further consideration on 27.05.2014.
It is made clear that no further time will be granted for
completion of the enquiry and submission of the report.
