To filling the Online Application Form
Steps for filling the Online Application Form
1. Candidate Should visit the online application using the URL: www.dedharyana.org
2. He should click on the Apply Online Button to apply.
3. The Registration Page will appear with Primary Eligibility Scrutiny questions which the candidate has to answer in Yes/No. These will determine the eligibility of Candidates.
4. If the candidate is eligible to apply, declaration will appear. He should tick the box in order to accept the declaration.
5. A Register button will appear (as shown in the figure above). Candidate should click on the register button to proceed with registration.

6. Candidate should fill the information asked on the registration page e.g. Name, Date of Birth, Mobile No., Category etc.
7. After filling the personal information he should enter a password of his choice. This password should be noted down and should be kept confidential.
8. He should also select 2 security questions of his choice and enter answers to each. These questions will enable him to change his password in case he forgets the same.
9. After filling the security questions save and proceed button will appear (as shown in the figure above). Click on this button to proceed.
10. The Registration Number, Login ID and Password will appear on the screen candidate should note these down for future reference. He should then click on the Click to Proceed button.
11. Registration Fees window will appear. Candidates will have three Payment options to choose from (SBI Challan, Credit Card & Debit Card and Net Banking for Axis Bank Account Holders).
12. After the fees is paid, candidate should click on the Profile Tab to fill in the details.
13. Candidate should fill in the personal details.
14. He should fill in the Contact Details.
15. He should fill in the Category Details.
16. Candidate should enter his Qualification Details.
17. He should carefully enter the marks obtained and select class/division.
18. Candidate should Click on the Upload Photo/Signature button to upload his photo and signature.
19. CCANAD will appear. Candidate should browse for photo and signature using CCANAD.
20. CCANAD requires Microsoft Silverlight to be installed in the machine. If it is not installed then a link will automatically appear which will help in downloading and installing the same.
21. Once the Image is selected then click on the Upload as Photograph button to upload as photograph.
22. The same procedure should be followed for uploading the signature as well.
23. Click on the Update Button to save the images.
24. Once the profile is complete, profile summary will be generated. Candidate should carefully check and verify all entered details and then click on Approve Profile Button.
25. Click on the Option Form Tab on the left to enter the colleges of your choice. Then click on Save and Proceed Button.
26. Once the options are saved candidate should print his application form using the Print Profile button.
