Kindly refer to the subject cited above.
You are requested to kindly appear for counselling in the office of the Parishad
i.e. Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula, Haryana on the date mentioned against your
name at sharp 9.00 A.M.
Although you have been given a chance to select a school of your choice for

offering appointment letter but you do not have any right for giving posting on the
station of your choice. The State Project Director has any right to issue you offer letter at
any place in the State of Haryana in the interest of the Parishad.
You are requested to carry all your relevant documents with you so that if any
document is asked for verification, should be available with you.
You are also requested to bring the relevant documents/ affidavit as mentioned
against your name in the attached list, in the absence of which you shall not be allowed
to participate in the counselling.
This letter does not confer you any right for appointment on the said post and
State Project Director has every right to declare you ineligible, if found, at any stage and
cancel your candidature at any point of time.
Any change in schedule, if any, shall be notified only on the website of the
Parishad i.e. www.hsspp.in and the website of School Education Department i.e.
www.schooleducationharyana.gov.in. No separate notice/ individual letter shall be sent
to any candidate.
If you fail to appear for the counselling on the date mentioned against your name,
you shall not be given any further chance for the counselling.
