*Subject: Identification of Employees for Non-Teaching / Multi-Farious Duties*
*CM साहब ने क्या नोट किया है?*
Hon'ble CM ने observe किया है कि Permanent Employees, खासकर *Teaching Staff को बार-बार उनकी regular duty से हटकर कई तरह की Non-Teaching Duties* दे दी जाती हैं।
जिससे:
- Teacher की performance खराब होती है
- Schools की पढ़ाई / functioning पर असर पड़ता है
*CM का नया आदेश क्या है?*
CM ने कहा है कि कई Departments में ऐसे कई category के कर्मचारी हैं जिनकी *कोई clearly defined या full-time duty नहीं है*, या जिनको आसानी से दूसरे कामों पर लगाया जा सकता है।
तो अब ऐसी Non-Teaching / Multi-Farious Duties (जैसे - Census, Election Duty, BLO, Survey, इत्यादि) के लिए *Teachers की जगह उन फालतू या कम काम वाले कर्मचारियों को लगाया जाए*।
इससे Teacher सिर्फ Teaching और Academic काम पर ही ध्यान दे पाएंगे।
*अब क्या करना है?*
सभी Administrative Secretaries की Meeting *07.10.2026 को 03:30 PM पर Chief Secretary की अध्यक्षता में* होनी है।
उससे पहले सभी Departments को *05.10.2026 को दोपहर 12:00 बजे तक* ये जानकारी देनी है कि:
a) उनके Department में कौन-कौन सी category के कर्मचारी हैं जिनकी full-time duty नहीं है या जिन्हें extra duty पर लगाया जा सकता है।
b) कौन से कर्मचारी पूरी तरह या आंशिक रूप से Non-Teaching Duty के लिए spare किए जा सकते हैं।
*सीधा मतलब:* भविष्य में Teachers को BLO, Census, Election, Survey जैसी Non-Teaching ड्यूटी से राहत मिलने के पूरे चांस हैं। Govt अब इसके लिए अलग pool बनायेगी।
