Deemed और Notional का असली अंतर

Deemed Vacancy:

पद पर शिक्षक पहले से कार्यरत है और उसने निर्धारित prescribed tenure पूरा कर लिया है (या policy में बताए अन्य परिस्थितियों में है), इसलिए transfer के लिए उस पद को vacancy माना जाता है। 

Notional Vacancy:

पद पर शिक्षक की नई नियुक्ति/Promotion/Reinstatement/Deputation से वापसी पिछली transfer drive के बाद हुई है, इसलिए उस पद को transfer process में Notional vacancy माना गया है।
