HSTES Diploma Entrance Test (DET 2013) | Admission Notice for Diploma Courses 2013-14

Haryana State Technical Education Society Panchkula invites applications for Diploma Entrance Test (DET 2013) for admission to various Diploma Level Courses in Govt/Govt. Aided/Self Finance Polytechnics/ Institutes situated in the state for the session 2013-14.

Courses:

Diploma (Engineering)

Diploma (Engineering) Lateral Entry

Diploma (Pharmacy)

Diploma (Hotel Management)

Eligibility:

Diploma (Engineering): The applicant must have 10^th/SSC certificate having at least 35% marks. 

Diploma (Engineering) Lateral Entry: 

• All those candidates who have passed ITI of atleast two year duration (who passed 10^th level school leaving examination before admission to ITI courses), 10+2 (Vocational), or 10+2 with PCM would be eligible for consideration for lateral entry in the session 2013-14 in various Diploma Engineering courses only as per the compatibility of the courses as mentioned in the Prospectus.
• The candidate who have completed three year diploma in particular branch would be eligible to take admission in 2^nd year of a different branch through lateral entry. 

Diploma (Pharmacy): 10+2 pass with 35% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Maths.

Diploma (Hotel Management): 

• Pass in 10+2 with 35 % marks in case of Hotel Management at IHM and C.T. Panipat
• Pass in 10^th with 35% marks in case of Hotel Management at Govt. Polytechnics for women Morni, Panchkula.

• Diploma in Pharmacy and Diploma in Hotel Management including KM & TFW: 04.06.2013
