माननीय
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 30 मार्च 2012 को आदेश दिया था कि शिक्षको की नियमित
भर्ती 322 दिन की तय समय-सीमा में की जाए लेकिन ऐसा नहीं हुआ तो मामले में
अवमानना याचिका दाखिल हुई जिस पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जनवरी 2013 से ही
सुनवाई चल रही है और 1 अप्रैल 2013 के बाद अब 13 जनवरी 2014 को सुनवाई हुई
थी और सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ये आदेश पारित किया है (मामले में आगामी सुनवाई 10
फरवरी को होगी)--

Mr. Narender Hooda, learned Sr. AAG, Haryana, prays for four weeks' time to place on the record an affidavit showing the steps taken for compliance of the order passed by this Court.
In view of the above, the matter is adjourned till 10th February, 2014."
