Petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that he
has not been granted extension beyond January, 2014 by the State Project
Director, Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna-respondent No.2.
Counsel contends that the petitioner fulfills all the eligibility
conditions, which would entitle him to continue on contract basis. He states
that the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 02.01.2014
(Annexure P-13) to the Deputy Commissioner, Mewat-cum-Executive
Director Aarohi, Mewat-respondent No.3 with a copy to respondent No.2.
He states that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file a detailed
representation to respondent No.2 within a period of one week from today,
which may be directed to be considered and decided within some specified
time.
In view of the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner
and without going into the merit of the case or commenting thereon, the
Civil Writ Petition No.1957 of 2014 { 2 }
present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a
detailed representation to respondent No.2-State Project Director, Haryana
School Shiksha Pariyojna, Panchkula within a period of one week from
today. If such a representation is filed within the stipulated period, the same
shall be considered and decided by the said respondent No.2 within a period
of three months from the date of submission of such representation.
In case the claim of the petitioner is not to be accepted, then a
well reasoned and speaking order be passed and conveyed to the petitioner
forthwith.
