Reply filed by SE (Chandigarh) on 19.7.2010	The case has been decided on 24.04.2012	The case has been decided in favour of petitioner to consider him for regular promotion	EE, WSS Division No. 3, Mohali has intimated to this office that this case has been decided by the Hon'ble Court on 24.04.2012. Copy of judgement has been received on 19.06.2012 and further necessary action is being considered.
