At the time of verification of the teaching experiences issued to the
candidates selected as PGTs on the basis of experience certificate acquired
from your institution/school, it has been observed that teaching experience
certificates issued by your institution/ school are not supported by
relevant/genuine documents rather it reflects unreasonable, unjustifiable and
irrational approach adopted by your institution/ school while issuing teaching
experience certificates. Multiple number of certificates have been issued in a
particular subject from your institution/ school as it is ascertained from the
number of the recommendations made viz-a-viz the number of the students
appeared in the board examination.
After above verification by the department, it has been found that
school authorities have violated the provisions of Rule 43 of Haryana School
Education Rules, 2003 amended in 2007, wherein it has been provided, for
suspension or withdrawal of recognition/N.O.C. of the school for violation of
the above provisions.
The candidates who have been selected as PGTs but have not been
issued appointments, are approaching the department by way of submitting
representations. After careful consideration, it has been decided to grant one
more opportunity to the schools as well as the candidates for re-examination of
the relevant records regarding the issuance of teaching experience certificates.
Therefore, it is required on your part to explain and justify your
position on 07.04.• 015 at 10:00 A.M at 6th Floor, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5,
Panchkula before the committee constituted to verify the genuineness of the
teaching experience certificates issued by your school to the candidates
selected as PGTs in various subjects.
