Notice

In view of large number of requests for transfer from one schoo

l to

other, the Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad has decide

d to

carry out one-time re-deployment exercise for School Informatio

n

Managers. For this, a policy for redeployment has been framed a

nd it has

been decided to give all School Information Managers one time

opportunity to apply online for the redeployment, if they desir

e so. The

following policy/ process is framed for this redeployment:-

1.

While applying online, School I

nformation Managers may opt

minimum five schools for re-deployment.

2.

School Information Manager shall give an undertaking that he/sh

e

shall join the school allocated

to him/her for re-deployment.

3.

For such re-deployment, only those vacancies shall be taken int

o

consideration where 200 or more students are available in class

es

6-12 in Sr. Sec. Schools and classes 6-10 in High Schools (as o

n

Sept, 2013 available in the Directorate). The list of such scho

ols is

available at the website of the Parishad as well as on the webs

ite of

School Education Department.

4.

The redeployment shall be done against vacancy only either

against a clear vacancy or a resultant vacancy due to redeploym

ent

of any SIM during the process.

5.

After receiving online applications the allocation of school fo

r re-

deployment (in case of more than one application for a particul

ar

school) shall be considered adopting following priority:-

i)

Female handicapped (more than 70%).

ii)

Male handicapped (more than 70%).

iii)

Widow.

iv)

Deserted/divorcee.

The exercise shall be named as “Redeployment exercise”. The

following timeline is fixed to carry out this exercise:-

1.

Inviting online applications: 19.11.2013 to 21.11.2013.

2.

Publishing the list of applicants and inviting objections: 23.1

1.2013

upto 25.11.2013.

3.

Processing the applications for redeployment after: 27.11.2013

to

28.11.2013.

4.

Tentative date of issuing redeployment orders: 2.12.2013.

All School Information Managers, who want to change their schoo

l,can apply online by visiting website of the Parishad or School

Education

Department i.e.

on the dates given above.
