This is to inform you that now you can download your checklist from Update School Information form for Sept 2014 Exam. Please follow below path to download your checklist.
Step 1. Go to Board website and Click on Online Registration 2014-15 which is on the right hand side panel.
Step 2. Click on School Registration 2014-15 or Copy and Paste this URL : https://www.digialm.com/SMBPortal/Login
Step 3. Please Login with your school User Name and password.
Step 4. Once you logged in. Click on E-form icon showing in the middle of screen and then go to
Application Management tab on the left corner of the screen.
Step 5. Select Update School Information form from dropdown list. Click on continue and then click Search.
Step 6. Now one Application Seq No would display at bottom of the screen For Example 573. Click on that Application Seq No.
Step 7. Now you would be able to see two separate tabs for 10th Checklist and 12th Checklist based on the school type.
Step 8. Click on any checklist tab depending upon the checklist requirement and download your checklist by clicking on Click here to download link.
Note : For any corrections in students particulars. You can now access edit facility in form name Enter Student Information for any change and updation of students information.
