Cat No. 6 for the post of Lecturer Hindi (School Cadre)}
Pursuant to the orders dated 01.05.2012 and 07.07.2014 passed by the
Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No. 4128 of 2012, it is notified for the
information of the candidates that the Haryana School Teacher Selection Board will hold a
fresh written test and interview in the month of September/October, 2014 of the appellant
and those unsuccessful eligible candidates who had applied for the post of Lecturer
Hindi(School Cadre), Cat No. 6 against Advt. No. 6/2006, dated 20.07.2006, advertised by the

Haryana Staff Selection Commission. The number of vacancies for the post of Lecturer
Hindi(School Cadre) Cat No. 6 against Advt. No. 6/2006, dated 20.07.2006, which had accrued
are mentioned below:-

2. In view of the above order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, The Haryana
School Teacher Selection Board invites online application forms through CDAC-Mohali website
i.e. www.recruitment-portal.in from those unsuccessful eligible candidates who had earlier
applied for the post of Lecturer Hindi (School Cadre), Cat No. 6 against Advertisement
No. 6/2006, dated 20.07.2006, advertised by Haryana Staff Selection Commission. The details
of such candidates are available on the website of HSTSB and CDAC-Mohali i.e.
www.hstsb.gov.in and www.recruitment-portal.in respectively. The online application can be
filled up from 20th August, 2014 to 5th September, 2014 till 5.00 P.M. through CDAC-Mohali
website i.e. www.recruitment-portal.in Thereafter website link will be disabled. The
candidates are advised to fillup application forms well in time without waiting for the last
date. However, the eligibility conditions regarding age, academic qualification written test and
criteria etc. for the said post will be the same as per Advertisement No. 6/2006, dated
20.07.2006 and will remain unchanged.
3. The written examination for the post of Lecturer Hindi (School Cadre) will be
of Post Graduation level comprising of 100 multiple choice questions (60 relating to
academic knowledge of Hindi subject for which a candidate is appearing in the test and
skills and methods of teaching ability of the candidate in the subject and 40 questions
relating to general knowledge, General studies and English. Each question will carry
two marks.
