Subject: Inviting cases of Elementary School Headmasters/ TGT/C&V (Hindi/
Punjabi) teachers for promotion to the posts of Headmasters, High
School.

Reference subject cited above.

The posts of Headmasters, High School are to be filled up by promotion
from amongst the Elementary School Headmasters/TGTs, Hindi Teachers/
Punjabi Teachers ugently.

It is requested that the promotion cases of following categories of
officials be sent to this office in the proforma enclosed by 20.2013
through special messangers :-

Elementary School Headmasters/TGTs whose names appear from
serial No.3541 to 5800 in the seniority list of Masters as it stood
on 01.1.2006;

Hindi teachers having qualification of B.A. with B.Ed., appointed
on regular basis on or before 01.11.1986 with attested copies of
qualification certificates; and

Punjabi teachers having qualification of B.A. with B.Ed.,
appointed on regular basis on or before 30.9.1988 with attested
copies of qualification certificates.

The cases of those Lecturers who were promoted from the posts
of Masters and have been confirmed as Lecturers be not sent to
this office.
