Notice which is accepted by Mr. D.S.Nalwa, Addl. Advocate General, Haryana appearing for the respondents.
The application has been filed to place on record the
judgment of a co-ordinate Bench of this Court delivered on 30.09.2013,
after the judgment in the present matter reserved,for the purpose of
bringing to the notice of the Court certain observations made qua the
Chairman of the Teacher Recruitment Board, Haryana.
Since it is only the judicial pronouncement, which is post
reserving the judgment, we take the same on record and we will
examine the effect of it, if any.
Application stands accordingly allowed.
