New Update in Regularisation case in High Court

आज माननीय हाई कोर्ट में रेगुलराइजेशन से जुड़े मामलों पर महत्वपूर्ण कार्यवाही हुई।

 आज की मुख्य बातें:

1️⃣ माननीय कोर्ट ने हरियाणा सरकार को निर्देश दिया है कि जितनी भी याचिकाओं (Petitions) का जवाब अभी तक लंबित (Pending) है, उनका जवाब दो सप्ताह के भीतर जमा करवाया जाए।

👉 साथ ही कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट चेतावनी दी है कि यदि अगली तारीख से पहले जवाब दाखिल नहीं किया गया तो प्रत्येक याचिका पर भारी जुर्माना (Heavy Cost) लगाया जाएगा।

2️⃣ पिछली सुनवाई में केंद्र सरकार (Union of India) को पार्टी बनाया गया था।

इसी संदर्भ में एडिशनल सॉलिसिटर जनरल श्री सतपाल जैन जी को आज कोर्ट में उपस्थित होना था, किन्तु उनकी अनुपस्थिति के कारण सुनवाई आगे बढ़ गई और बिच में होली की कोर्ट छुटी के कारण अगली तारीख 13 March की दी गी गई।
