Sub:- The engagement of the Guest Teachers.
on the conditions

workload and vacancies are available, however preference of stations ma
be given where they were earlier posted in view of workload and vacancie
position.
2. That if a guest teacher makes a request to be appointed in the same school
where he was earlier posted and there is no workload and vacancy, then he
may be adjusted on case to case basis in a neighbouring school in view of
workload and vacancy position.
3. That if a guest teacher has applied in a district and workload/vacancies has
already been exhausted in that district then DEED concern will forward his
name to Director Elementary Education Haryana, Panchkula. The Director

Elementary Education will forward the name of guest teacher in other
district where workload and vacancies are available in the government
schools.
4. That as directed by the Hon'ble High Court that a guest teacher before his
engagement shall submit his undertaking by way an affidavit that his
engagement is stop gap arrangement and it shall atitom,iti(,d1\ 1),‘
dispensed with from date 31.03.2016.
You are requested that after engagement of the teachers the subject wise
vacancy list sent to the Directorate immediately.
