UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Ms. Anubha Agrawal, learned advocate had appeared for the


respondent Nos.1 and 4 when the contempt petition was first
filed. Subsequently, on the impleadment of respondent Nos.5 to
7, who are present in Court today, she has also entered
appearance on their behalf.
Mr. Chauhan has entered appearance on behalf of the
respondent No.2 and Mr. Bharuka had appeared on behalf of the
respondent No.3. Unfortunately, Mr. Bharuka is not present in
Court when the contempt petition is taken up. If Mr. Bharuka is
not present on the next occasion, it may entail withdrawal of the
privilege of personal appearance granted to the respondent No.3.
Mr.S.L. Bhayana, learned senior advocate, has instructions
to appear on behalf of the alleged contemnors/respondent Nos. 8
and 9, who are personally present in Court.
The personal appearance of the alleged contemnors/respondent
Nos.5 to 9 is dispensed with until further orders.
The alleged contemnors/respondents will be entitled to file
their respective counter affidavits to the Contempt Petition
within two weeks; rejoinder, thereto, if any, may be filed within
a week thereafter.
List the matter after three weeks.
