SUBJECT: TO TERMINATE THE SERVICES OF 325 GUEST FACULTY

TEACHERS WHO WERE ENGAGED IN VIOLATION OF

DEPARTMENTAL INSTRUCTIONS/POLICY.

Reference on the subject cited above.

As per the directions passed by the Hon'ble High Court on

10.09.2012 in CWP No. 3990 of 2012 titled as Bijender Kumar V/s State of

Haryana 86 others, the services of those Guest Faculty Teachers are to be

dispensed with who were engaged in violation of the departmental

instructions/policy. For this purpose four committees were constituted at the

Directorate level to call such Guest Faculty Teachers, scrutinize their record

and give their recommendations. As per the report of these committees a total

number of 325 Guest Faculty Teachers have been found to be engaged in

violation of the departmental instructions/policy. The list of these 325 Guest

Faculty Teachers is enclosed herewith.

You are, therefore, directed that all these 325 Guest Faculty

Teachers/ Masters/ Lecturers who were engaged in violation of the

departmental instructions/ policy, their services may be terminated with

immediate effect and the Directorate may be informed accordingly.
