वर्तमान सरकार की रेशनेलाइजेशन नीति का हरियाणा मास्टर वर्ग एसोसिएशन ने जोरदार विरोध किया है। एसोसिएशन के पदाधिकारी रमेश राणा और महासचिव नरेश गर्ग ने कहा कि इस पत्र के अनुसार हाई स्कूलों व वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में कार्यरत मौलिक मुख्याध्यापक को मास्टर वर्ग के समान पूरा वर्कलोड देने के लिए कहा गया है, जो इस पद के साथ सरासर अन्याय है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह एक प्रशासनिक दायित्व का पद है।
उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि विभाग में बैठे ऑला अधिकारी आए दिन जल्दबाजी में तुगलकी फरमान जारी कर रहे हैं।
एसोसिएशन ने मांग की है कि एलिमेंट्री मुख्य शिक्षक को वर्कलोड से मुक्त रखा जाए। कक्षा 6 से 10 तक अंग्रेजी, हिन्दी व गणित के पीरियड प्रति सप्ताह 8-8 और अन्य विषयों के 6-6 किए जाएं। 36 छात्रों पर दूसरा सैक्शन बनाया जाए।
टीजीटी से पीजीटी पद पर पदोन्नति सबसे पहले की जाए और उसके बाद आरटीई के नियमानुसार रेशनेलाइजेशन की जाए। कक्षा 1 से 8 तक पूर्व की भांति पास-फेल की नीति लागू की जाए। प्रत्येक मिडल स्कूल में हर विषय का अलग पद सृजित किया जाए।

RATIONALISATION OF PTI AND DRAWING WITHDRAWN
The adjustment orders of PTIs/Drawing teachers issued vide this
office Order No. 28/59-2013 HR C&V (2) dated 16/08/2013 &
17/08/2013 under rationalization process is here by withdrawn with
immediate effect.
Note : It is made clear that those PTIs / Drawing teachers who
were joined their new place of posting under
rationalization will join back the previous place of posting.

New Rationalization Criteria of Lecturers /PGT for teaching Classes 6th to 8th.
Each section will be of 35 students. Second section will be allowed after 45 students and third section will be created after the students’ strength exceeds 85.
