यशपाल शर्मा, चंडीगढ़ 1हरियाणा के सरकारी स्कूलों में कार्यरत गेस्ट टीचर्स पक्का होने के दिल्ली सरकार की नियमितीकरण नीति को अपना कवच बनाएंगे। दिल्ली सरकार ने हाल ही में सरकारी स्कूलों में कार्यरत गेस्ट को पक्का करने के लिए नीति जारी की है। इसके तहत एक साल में नब्बे दिन नियमित सेवाएं देने वाले गेस्ट को पक्का किया जाएगा। हरियाणा के गेस्ट टीचर्स भी प्रदेश में पूर्व हुड्डा सरकार द्वारा बनाई गई तीन वर्षीय नियमितीकरण नीति के तहत पक्का करने की मांग कर रहे हैं।116 जून को यहां होने वाली उच्च स्तरीय बैठक में गेस्ट दिल्ली के साथ-साथ अन्य राज्यों की नीतियों का भी उल्लेख करेंगे लेकिन विशेष फोकस दिल्ली की नीति पर ही रहेगा। इस बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल के साथ ही एडवोकेट जनरल और कानूनी विशेषज्ञ भी शामिल होंगे। गेस्ट की ओर से भी कानूनी सलाहकार कोई कानूनी अड़चन न होने को लेकर दलीलें पेश करेंगे। प्रदेश सरकार गेस्ट टीचर्स को पक्का करने की राह में हाईकोर्ट की अवमानना को अड़चन करार दे रही है। जबकि

राष्ट्रीय राजधानी दिल्ली में शनिवार को अस्थायी टीचरों ने उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया के घर के बाहर प्रदर्शन किया। गौरतलब है कि अस्थायी टीचरों का हर साल रिन्यूअल होता है। इन टीचरों का कहना है कि हमें स्थायी किया जाए। जब तक ऐसा नहीं होता है, तब तक इन्हें नौकरी पर रखा जाए। दिल्ली में करीब दस हजार गेस्ट टीचर है। बीती 49 दिनों की केजरीवाल सरकार के कार्यकाल में भी इन्होंने अनशन किया था। उस समय सरकार ने आश्वासन दिया था कि इन्हें निकाला नहीं जाएगा बल्कि परमानेंट किया जाएगा। इसके बावजूद अभी तक इन्हें परमानेंट नहीं किया गया है। इस वजह से इनमें आक्रोश है।

शिक्षा निदेशालय ने सभी मान्यता प्राप्त गवर्नमेंट, गवर्नमेंट ऐडेड और प्राइवेट स्कूलों के टीचर्स के लिए नए वर्किंग आवर तय किए हैं। इसके मुताबिक, स्कूल में टीचर्स को 7.30 घंटे रहना जरूरी होगा। हालांकि, स्टूडेंट्स की स्कूल टाइमिंग में कोई बदलाव नहीं किया गया है। निदेशालय ने राइट टु एजुकेशन एक्ट के प्रावधानों के मुताबिक, नया वर्किंग आवर तय किया है। सरकारी स्कूलों में टीचर्स को अब पहले की तुलना में डेढ़ से सवा दो घंटे तक ज्यादा रहना होगा। इस दो घंटे में वे स्कूल में लेक्चर तैयार करेंगे, लाइब्रेरी जाएंगे और स्टडी मटीरियल भी तैयार करेंगे। गवर्नमेंट स्कूल टीचर्स असोसिएशन ने इस आदेश पर सवाल उठाया है। उनका कहना है कि
