SUBJECT:- SPECIAL DRIVE TO CLEAR THE ACP CASES.
Reference on the subject cited above.
The department has started a special drive from 01.07.2014 to
31.07.2014 to clear all the pending ACP cases at all levels. You are, therefore,
directed to ensure that the ACP matters which are to be decided at your level be
decided on priority basis within the stipulated period and the same may not be
kept pending or returned on unnecessary grounds. The weekly report of all such
decided cases may be sent to the Directorate for information. The category-wise
details of the ACP matters sent by you to the Directorate may be furnished at the
earliest through special messenger so that these cases are decided within the
stipulated period.
This may be given top priority.

directed that all the ACP matters received in the Directorate
be decided on priority basis within the stipulated period and
the same may not be kept pending or returned on
unnecessary grounds. The weekly report of all such decided
cases may be put up to DSE for information.
